Shipping Policy
Shipping fees will be added to the price of the items displayed on the website and will be charged for delivery to one address, even if more than one item was ordered.
Processing and Shipping Times
Due to high order volume, order processing may take 1-4 business days.
Orders within Israel are expected to arrive within 5-14 business days, as products are shipped from our overseas warehouse. Due to high demand, there may be delays in shipping times.
Shipping Confirmation
After order confirmation by email, you will receive another notification when your order has been processed and is about to be shipped.
The definition of "business day" in these terms: Sunday to Thursday, excluding holiday eves, holidays, and days of rest.
Shipping Liability
Laglovia is not responsible for delays by shipping companies and will not provide compensation for them. In addition, the company will not be responsible for delays resulting from events beyond its control, such as strikes, communication system failures, acts of hostility, force majeure, etc.
User Verification Upon Delivery
Product delivery may be conditional on presenting an ID card and the order confirmation number, at the discretion of the website operator.
Cancellation and Returns
After the shipment has been dispatched to the customer, cancellation, exchange, or refund will only be carried out according to the return policy. Refusing to accept a package or not responding to the courier cancels any right to a refund. Customers who refused a package will not be entitled to a credit or compensation. In special cases, the company may consider a credit, but shipping, clearing, and return costs will be deducted from it.
Correct Address and Lost Shipments
To ensure proper package delivery, it is essential to enter an accurate address including all required details. Laglovia is not responsible for lost or wrongly delivered shipments due to incorrect address entry during purchase.
Shipping Delays
Shipments may be delayed due to heavy loads during holiday seasons such as November and December, especially during Black Friday and Cyber Monday. During these periods, normal delivery times are not guaranteed.
Security Situation and Delays
Due to the security situation in the country, there may be delays in shipments that are beyond our control. We do everything in our power to ensure that shipments reach customers, but we have no control over developments that may cause delays.
