Refund Policy

Purchase through the website is a distance selling transaction in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, 1981 (hereinafter: "Consumer Protection Law").

Cancellation Policy:
A consumer purchasing on the website may cancel the transaction and return the product in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, except for products that have been engraved or custom-made. Cancellation of the transaction is possible up to 14 business days from the day the product is received or the transaction details document (whichever is later), provided that the product has not been used, has not been damaged, and is returned in its original packaging and in new condition.

Return/Exchange Policy:
A consumer may return the product within 14 days from the day of receipt, provided that it has not been used, has not been damaged, and is returned in its original packaging and in completely new condition. Products with engraving or custom-made according to the customer's request cannot be returned/exchanged.

In case of return, the shipping cost from the consumer to the company's address will be borne by the consumer. Only after receiving and inspecting the product will a full credit be given for the price of the product.
